Our Writers
Madina
I am a final year LLB Law student at SOAS, University of London hoping to pursue a career in the legal industry. My passion in writing, led me to start this blog and hope to get more people on board to expand it to a wider audience and continuously expose our readers to global affairs. I believe it is our duty, as a diaspora myself, to shed light upon issues that are not covered by the mainstream UK media to raise awareness and be part of the discussion in providing justice.
Tahmena
As a History and International relations student, I aim to utilise this platform to engage in and question the crucial discourses and discussions that encompass our comprehension of the modern world. Understanding the past can set a clearer path for the future, therefore, I intend to inspire conversations on historical affairs that have shaped and inspired current legislation, institutions, and narratives.
Ramin
Being an International Relations and Mandarin student, I have found it very interesting to explore the issues and challenges that face us today. With such testing times, this platform is a perfect place where conversations and discussions can be had with expressive control. I aim to bring insightful narratives encompassing a wide range of origins. They say writing is the best way of talking without being interrupted.
In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same.
